Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping on all orders. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped out next business day, Monday- Friday. Once processed, you can expect your order in approximately 3-7 business days. 

Please Note: During sale periods, processing time for standard shipping may be delayed due to an influx in orders. 

Pleated Boutique is NOT responsible for: 

- Lost, missing, or damaged items as a result of shipping;

- Delays with shipping due to post office error;

- Packages marked as delivered by the Post Office;

- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

*Flat rate $7.00 shipping fee on all orders

*Free shipping on all orders over $75.00- This is before taxes and shipping and after any discounts.

* If you meet the $75.00 threshold or pay the flat rate shipping fee this will then unlock free shipping for you for 24 hours!
