LOCAL PICKUP:

Just can’t wait to have your new #Pleatedpretties? Get your items quicker than shipping with local pick up from our Chesterfield, MO warehouse! 

Here’s how it works:

Choose Local Pick up at checkout 

You will receive a notification once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up- typically next business day (Monday-Friday) for all in stock items

Local Pick Up Policy

We know you're busy but we encourage you to pick up at your earliest convenience to align with our 7 day return policy! If after 30 days you have not picked up, you will receive a courtesy email reminder to pick up or arrange shipping payment. If you do not make arrangements within 7 days of the reminder email, we will refund your account credit for the items in that order minus a 20% restocking fee. 

Returns to Pleated HQ

You are welcome to drop off any eligible return to Pleated HQ, Monday - Friday 10am-2pm. Drop your items in our return basket as you walk in the front door! Be sure to include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number on it, in your bag. All eligible returns will be processed within 2-3 business days for account credit. 

Try on Sessions

Please email us at questions@pleatedboutique.com to set up your try on! Appointments are required to ensure the best experience for the customer. Send us a list of the items you would like to try on and a day/time that works best for you and once confirmed, we will have all in stock items pulled and ready for you to try on when you arrive!
