We do recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product within the 7 days so that you do not miss out on that item since we have limited quantities. Be sure the item is eligible for return before you do so.
Defects or Problems with Your Order
We do our very best to ensure the quality of the items that we send to you! If you have received an item with any problems (different size or color than ordered) or defects, please contact our customer experience team at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery to inform us of the issue. Please include a photo and explanation of the damage/defect in your email. If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This situation does not qualify as a defect therefore, only account credit will be given.
