***NEVER MISS A POST! ***
- Make sure your notifications for the group are turned on so you never miss a post!
- From your phone - Go to the group page, click the name of the group, edit notification settings, click all posts
-From your computer go to your Notifications on our group page, select All Posts!

***HOW IT WORKS***
- How to Order: Comment: sold, size, color (our system is very sensitive, so please read each description carefully and comment just as shown). 
- If it is your first time shopping with us, click link in the post right after commenting: https://pleated.commentsold.com/account
- If you make a mistake in your comment, just comment again! If you want multiple colors/sizes of an item, each item must be entered in a separate comment.
- We do our best to accommodate all orders, so if an item is sold out go ahead and comment and you will be added to the waitlist! Want to scoot to the top of the waitlist? Just approve your payment and it will charge you once the item is available! 
- You have 6 hours to pay an invoice! If you haven't received one or think something may be wrong, please click the link in the post to view your account! https://pleated.commentsold.com/account

***RETURNS & EXCHANGES***
We do our very best to ensure the quality of the items we send you. In the case of an error or damaged item, please contact us right away at pleatedboutique@gmail.com so that we can try to replace or refund your item

All other items can be returned for ACCOUNT CREDIT only. All Items must be returned within 5 days after your order was delivered/received. If shipping back, it must be postdated on or before the 5th day. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. You also have the option to drop items off if you are local. Please email us at pleatedboutique@gmail.com for return address.

Items must be unwashed and unworn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Flash Sale, Deal of the Day, items ending in .99 and anything with a coupon code. Shoes and jewelry are Final Sale.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received. Items that are returned to us after 5 days will not be accepted and your account will not be credited nor will it be shipped back to you. Your item will be forfeited and donated to a local shelter.

***FREE SHIPPING!***
YES, ALWAYS! We ship USPS and usually you can expect to receive your items in a few days after paying an invoice. Tracking information is located in your account https://pleated.commentsold.com/account
Once an item is shipped and received by USPS, Pleated Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure where your package is, please reference your tracking code provided or call your local post office.

***PAYMENT***
You must pay your invoice within 12 hours. Unpaid invoices will be cancelled. All payments are though Stripe, this allows you to pay with any major credit card, PayPal and even Pleated gift cards! It is so easy & safe to use!

***STOCK & AVAILABILITY***
We try to keep a high quantity of items on hand so that we can get them to you faster. Sometimes items are back ordered or on the way to us. This means your item will not necessarily ship for a few days. Also, we reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability.

***SIZING***
We will do our best to post sizing information with each item & hope that you find it helpful when ordering. Sizing is a suggestion not a guarantee.
