We get it, you wanted to love it but it just didn't work out! We are here to make your return as quick and easy as possible!
RETURN POLICY
- All Returns must be processed through our easy to use returns portal

Your return must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date;

Customers will be refunded account credit (minus the initial shipping cost). We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Unless free return protection is purchased at checkout, the cost of the return label is deducted from the total return amount. IT is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase the $1.98 Free Returns Protection at checkout.
- Merchandise must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, or any smells will not be accepted;

Please allow our customer experience team 3-5 business days to receive your return and process your account credit. You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed.
- Items that are returned to us outside of the return policy, including returns after the 10 day return window will not be accepted and your account will not be credited nor will it be shipped back to you. You will have 7 days to come pick up your item from our warehouse or your item will be forfeited and donated.
Items that are NOT eligible for return:
- Items marked as FINAL SALE
- Items with price ending in .99
- Order in which any coupon code was used
- Items outside of the return window (10 days from delivery)
- BEAUTY items
- INTIMATES & SWIM
Defects or Problems with Your Order
We do our very best to ensure the quality of the items that we send to you! If you have received an item with any problems (different size or color than ordered) or defects, please use our returns portal to begin the process for a free replacement.
Pleated Boutique is NOT responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This situation does not qualify as a defect therefore standard return policy guidelines should be followed.
